Ray, Ellis & LaBrie Consulting, LLC, was formed in 2015 with the merger of two established firms, Ray & Ellis Consulting, LLC (founded 1992) and LaBrie Consulting, LLC (founded 2013). Ray, Ellis & LaBrie Consulting is a Women-Owned historic preservation consulting firm specializing primarily in Tax Incentives. Services include State and Federal Tax Credit projects, National Register of Historic Places nominations, Historic Structure Reports, and Mitigation services including Section 106 review and Permanent Archival Records (PAR).

We are well versed in State and National Park Service (NPS) guidelines and act as a liaison between owners, organizations, architects, the State Historic Preservation Division (HPD) and the NPS to ensure the successful completion of projects. As a small firm, we pride ourselves on providing personalized attention to all of our clients and finding creative solutions to complex construction challenges.

Our clients are as diverse as our areas of expertise. We provide historic preservation services to a range of clients including developers, architectural firms, local civic associations, universities, and individual owners of historic properties. Besides many projects in Georgia, Ray, Ellis & LaBrie Consulting has also worked in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and the US Virgin Islands.
